K 2010 Applications now available!

It's K time again and exhibitor registration is now open for K 2010 scheduled to take place October 27 - November 3, 2010 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
There are 3 exhibiting options available for US-based companies who wish to participate in the show:
EXHIBITING OPTION 1: INDIVIDUAL EXHIBIT SPACE FOR RETURNING MAIN EXHIBITORS
Registration deadline: May 31, 2009
Companies that exhibited at K 2007 as a "main" exhibitor (i.e. NOT a "co-exhibitor" - a company that simply participates within the booth of another), please click the online below and use your company's online access codes from K 2007 to log in and review a pre-formatted application with your company's information. Simply check the data and modify as necessary and once completed, the application can be submitted online. If you no longer have your access codes just let us know and we can provide these to you, but if your password is missing, please email onlinesupport@messe-duesseldorf.de, identify yourself as a K 2007 exhibitor and then the Online Support Team will be able to assist you.

OPTION 2: INDIVIDUAL EXHIBIT SPACE FOR NEW MAIN EXHIBITORS
Registration deadline: May 31, 2009
In case you would like to exhibit with an individual exhibit space, not part of any Pavilion or group stand, please click on the link below (found also on the K 2010 website, http://www.k-online.de/ ) and complete the interactive fields, print the documents, sign and date them, and fax or email them to Messe Düsseldorf North America in Chicago for processing.

OPTION 3: U.S.A PAVILION
The U.S. Pavilion, co-sponsored by The Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI), provides its exhibitors with an all-inclusive turnkey package that features a fully-furnished booth, access to an exhibitor lounge with daily snack and beverage service and internet access, as well as the on-site services of a project manager, hostesses and roaming interpreters.
U.S. Pavilion Procedures:
Step # 1: Print off, fill out, sign and date the attachment form G part of K2010 US_PavAppFile
Step # 2: Click on the following URL and complete all the interactive fields online. Once completed, print the document (form F), sign and date it.

Note: In the Group Organizer Box, please enter "Messe Duesseldorf North America" with post code "60601" as the Group Stand Organizer
Step # 3: Return both completed forms F and G to us in Chicago along with your deposit check in the amount of US$2,380.00.
Please be advised that the multi media lump sum listed on form F is included in the US Pavilion package price!
Booth assignment for the U.S. Pavilion will be officially provided in February 2010.
